The pay range for this position is $130000.00 - $170000.00/yr.

Job Description

Responsibilities
- Build and implement the company's accounting platform, systems, and financial processes.
- Manage day-to-day accounting including Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable, payroll coordination, job costing, banking relationships, and cash flow management.
- Produce accurate financial statements, Work In Progress (WIP) schedules, and job cost reports.
- Partner with project managers to track budgets, change orders, and project profitability.
- Maintain project-specific financial records.
- Assist in compliance requirements such as lien waivers, insurance certificates, and state & federal tax filings/regulations.
- 5 years of accounting experience.
- Proficiency in accounting software.
- Strong knowledge of job costing, WIP reports, and construction financial workflows.
- Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and build processes from scratch.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Construction accounting experience preferred.
