Job Description
- We are seeking a Contract Operations Support Executive to join our Content, Creator & Creative Go-to-Market team in New York City.
- The role focuses on executing and managing processes that enable advertisers to access funding for new creative production through the Creative Production Media Readiness Program.
- The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, process-driven, and execution-focused, with strong project management skills to ensure timely contract completion and smooth communication with sales teams.
- Support execution of the Creative Production Media Readiness Program by overseeing contracts through year-end.
- Manage end-to-end contract execution workflow, including tracking, approvals, expirations, and escalations.
- Maintain the program pipeline using Sheets, ensuring accurate, real-time updates.
- Review advertiser nominations and send reminders to sales teams regarding contract and approval timelines.
- Communicate contract status and process updates to internal stakeholders (sales teams, leadership).
- Partner daily with the hiring manager (Head of GTM) and operations lead to execute existing processes effectively.
- Surface challenges, blockers, or risks proactively and collaborate to resolve them.
- Strong skills in execution, detail and process oriented.
- PgM skills and ability to execute campaigns.
- Bring contracts through the established phases and communicate status with sales teams.
- 2-3 years of professional experience in Sales Operations, Project Management, or Account Management (up to 5 years max).
- Experience in Contract Operations - managing contract lifecycles (tracking, approvals, and execution) within sales or operations environments.
- Proven ability to manage processes and projects with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong execution mindset - ability to follow established processes and deliver results reliably.
- Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage multiple contracts, timelines, and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Proficiency with Sheets (tracking, updating, reporting).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills - able to provide clear status updates and collaborate cross-functionally.
- Familiarity with AdTech or Creative Advertising operations.
- Experience supporting contract workflows or incentive/partnership programs.
- Exposure to sales operations in a tech or media company.
- Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- BS/BA degree or equivalent work experience.
