- As Strategy Execution Intern will help translate high-level strategic priorities into actionable plans and monitor progress toward key goals.
Responsibilities
At TE Connectivity, you'll be part of a global collaborative culture where your innovative approach and actions have the potential to transform the world of tomorrow. In this role you'll:
- Assist in project planning, milestone tracking, and execution of strategic initiatives
- Support development of performance dashboards and operational reports
- Identify bottlenecks or risks and propose course-correction recommendations
- Participate in cross-functional working sessions, helping align teams on deliverables
- Help facilitate change management and communication rollouts for new initiatives
- Have earned a high school diploma or GED
- Are currently enrolled in, or pursuing, a ?MBA? Degree in ?Business Administration?, ?Project Management? or ?Communications? from an accredited college or university-or have equivalent work experience (gap year students may also be considered).
- Preferably have prior internship experience or have completed a major project
- Are authorized to work in the U.S.

Compensation
- Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $23.08-40.40 (subject to change dependent on physical location)
- Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
- Total Compensation = Base Salary Incentive(s) Benefits
