The Go-To Coffeehouse team is seeking a driven, detail-oriented Content & Video Product Manager to create high-quality internal media and video. This role will lead video production and conceptualize, create, and deliver engaging and high-quality content for various internal platforms, with a goal to increase the engagement, interest and capability of our retail coffeehouse partners.

The role involves a combination of creativity, technical skills, and storytelling abilities to captivate and connect with coffeehouse partners.

As a video production lead, you will…

  • Lead the video production process from content ideation to filming and directing talent to video editing and video publishing. These videos will cover different types of internal videos such as engagement, communication, and training.
  • Collaborate with internal departments - Establish campaign objectives, complete tasks, and identify and solve problems, and suggest new ways to promote company offerings retail partners
  • Partner on strategy - Create/pitch ideas, edit and publish high-quality videos for Starbucks internal channels. Develop and follow production timelines to deliver high-quality content quickly.
  • Research market trends and developments relevant to campaign subject matter.

We’d Love To Hear From People With

  • Bachelors degree or 4 or more years of US military experience
  • 2 or more years of experience in a role drafting and issuing external or internal corporate communications
  • 1 or more year(s) of experience in a role developing and managing digital, social media, or technology communications platforms
  • 2 or more years of experience in a project management
  • Strong creativity and storytelling abilities. 
  • Proficiency in creating and editing video content and experience with editing tools such as Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, and Photoshop.

  • Alignment with Starbucks culture, brand guidelines, and social media policies
  • Strong interpersonal and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Excellent listening and communication abilities
  • Adaptability, tech-savviness, and willingness to embrace new experiences
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Comfortable with bending, lifting, and carrying light equipment
  • Ability to stand or move for extended periods and appear on camera

  • If you are working in CA, CO, IL, LA, ME, MA, NE, ND or RI, you will accrue vacation up to a maximum of 120 hours (190 in CA) for roles below director and 200 hours (316 in CA) for roles at director or above. For roles in other states, you will be granted vacation time starting at 120 hours annually for roles below director and 200 hours annually for roles director and above.

The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, and internal equity. At Starbucks, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at the high end of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate.
