The Compliance Consultant Principal role serves as a strategic advisor to the AVP of Compliance Regulatory Intelligence and Compliance Oversight, driving strategic initiatives that align regulatory responsibilities with enterprise goals. This role leads special projects, fosters cross-functional collaboration, and ensures seamless execution of compliance strategies across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Potential pay for this position ranges from $94,000.00 - $160,000.00 based on experience and skills.

Job Description
The Compliance Consultant Principal role serves as a strategic advisor to the AVP of Compliance Regulatory Intelligence and Compliance Oversight, driving strategic initiatives that align regulatory responsibilities with enterprise goals. This role leads special projects, fosters cross-functional collaboration, and ensures seamless execution of compliance strategies across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate special projects related to enterprise regulatory changes, audits, and enterprise compliance priorities.
- Act as a central point of coordination between compliance leadership and business units, ensuring alignment and timely execution of activities.
- Facilitate collaboration across legal, operations, and business teams to drive shared accountability and progress.
- Prepare executive-level updates, briefings, and recommendations to support informed decision-making.
- Promote a culture of transparency, teamwork, and continuous improvement within the compliance function.
- Bachelor's degree in legal studies, business management, information management or related area of study, or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience
- 8 years of work experience in business/process analysis, project/program management and/or at a pharmacy benefit management organization
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without need for work visa or residency sponsorship
- Strong leadership skills including conflict resolution and listening
- Ability to interface with executive level leadership
- Ability to actively identify and implement opportunities for improvement
- Ability to manage multiple, complex projects simultaneously without compromising quality under pressure and strict timeframes
- Demonstrated change management leader and track record for effective collaboration and achieving results through others
- Master of Business Administration (MBA), Juris Doctorate (JD) or other comparable advanced degree
- Six Sigma Yellow Belt or higher
- Experience working at a Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM), healthcare, or other complex organization in a highly regulated industry
- Experience working as a practitioner in project management, program management, release management, business analysis, business architecture, agile, or SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework)
- Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
- Ability to work in a flexible schedule which may include weekends, holidays, or shifts outside of Prime's core business hours of 9:00am-3:00pm
- Constantly required to sit, use hands to handle or feel, talk and hear
- Frequently required to reach with hands and arms
- Occasionally required to stand, walk and stoop, kneel, and crouch
- Occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus
