We are currently seeking a Cloud/Azure Network Engineer - Remote Based to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona (US-AZ), United States (US).

Cloud/Azure - Network Engineer

Responsibilities

• Work with Azure vWAN network operation, firewall log, vpn logs
• Assist customer during VPN trouble shoot
• Setup advanced level of monitoring and data collection from remote VPN sites
• Create and maintain network architecture diagrams
  
  

Preferred Experience

• Solid knowledge of how IPSEC VPN works.
• Familiarity with common firewall vendors operation, Palo Alto, Fortinet, Cisco, Juniper, Checkpoint, Dell, etc.
• Experience in Azure vWAN network operation, firewall log, VPN logs.
• Routing Intent and Routing Policies in secure Azuree vWAN.
• Packet capture and analysis for advanced troubleshooting
• Assist customer during VPN troubleshooting.
• Able to set up Advance level of Monitoring and data collection from remote VPN sites.
• Maintain and update network documentation to support team.
• Familiarity with Azure/AWS/GCP cloud platform
• Able to work on On-Call rotations
• Able to work independently in a project scenario and recommend solutions by performing POCs.
• Strong in debugging and analyzing complex issues. Experience handling P1/P2 calls and escalations
• Able to write formal external RCA documentation and presentations
• Passion for delivering timely and outstanding customer service
• Great written and oral communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
  
  

Basic Qualifications

• 8 years of overall IT operational experience
• 7 years of Network Engineering / Support experience
• 4 years of experience working in a diverse cloud support environment in a 24*7 production support model
• 3 years Network and Automation
  
  

Preferred Certifications

• CISM, CCNA, or CISA preferred
• Azure Solutions Architect Professional Certification
• Four Year BS/BA in Information Technology degree or equivalent experience
  
  

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this remote role is $111,000 - $180,000. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate’s actual work location,relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
