Job Summary
The Division of Cardiology is recruiting full-time board certified/eligible, non-invasive cardiologists at all ranks to join their faculty at SUNY Upstate University Hospital in Syracuse, New York. The successful candidate(s) will join an established group of physicians and surgeons committed to outstanding patient care and excellence in the mentoring and teaching of 12 cardiology fellows. SUNY Upstate University Hospital is dedicated to building a preeminent program for academic discovery and are committed to excellent clinical care for our patients.
Primary Position Responsibilities Include
MD or foreign equivalent, NYS license or eligible, BC/BE in Internal
Medicine and Cardiology.

- Focus on outpatient, inpatient, and consultative services
- Participate in quality, safety, and efficiency initiatives
- Academic
- Support teaching with Fellows, physician and non-physician professionals
- Participate in presentations and reviews in patient management discussions at Cardiology and Department of Medicine conferences
- Research
- Support clinical research initiatives and protocols as appropriate
