Position Summary The Chief of Staff is a strategic partner to the President, responsible for driving organizational alignment and supporting executive initiatives. This role requires strong leadership, analytical skills, and the ability to manage complex projects and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Apply EOS® operating system principles to align people, processes, and priorities.
- Translate executive vision into actionable plans and monitor progress.
- Represent the President in internal meetings, facilitate discussions, and document decisions.
- Ensure accountability and follow-up on strategic initiatives.
- Foster cross-departmental communication and resolve operational challenges.
- Lead special projects, including technology upgrades and process improvements.
- Oversee internal communications and promote a culture of collaboration and accountability.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 7 years’ experience in operations, strategy, or executive support; real estate experience preferred.
- Exceptional organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
