In this key strategic role you will have responsibility for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, collecting business intelligence, maintaining positive customer and partner relationships, and developing new relationships to achieve our strategic plan objectives. Titan Technologies is seeking a Chief Growth Officer to lead our Business Development and Capture teams. Responsibilities
- Grow the business development pipeline through the identification and qualification of new business opportunities that are consistent with strategic priorities and corporate capabilities.
- Track business development metrics and share the analysis and insights with company leadership to drive Business Development activity and support the overall health of the business.
- Establish and maintain client contacts and develop sales strategy.
- Work with technical resources to develop technical solutions that address customer requirements.
- Strengthen current business ties; coordinate meetings between clients/potential clients and technical or other key individuals.
- Keep abreast of overall business trends, particularly the current business climate with the Federal market.
- Establish and maintain numerous contacts within and outside the industry.
- Support the development of strategies that improve the quality and depth of market and competitor intelligence to influence and enhance win probability
- Support the development of proposals in response to invitations to bid, requests for information, sources sought notices, and other responses to Government customers.
- Assist in developing bid pricing and basis of estimates.
- Perform other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, engineering or business.
- 15 years of experience, primarily within business development in Federal market.
- Experience performing business development in the State, Local and Education markets is a plus.
- Successful track record of growing mid-tier companies in the Federal market.
- Experience building out business development teams.
- A strong network across the Federal market including government customers, industry partners, and technology/solutions providers.
- Experience leading and supporting successful capture and proposal efforts.
- A thorough understanding of Federal business development process to include account management, capture management, proposal development, pricing, and solution development.
- Must possess strong written and oral communication skills, including excellent presentation skills.
- Exceptional ability to represent the Company favorably and to develop new clients.
- Must be able to obtain, maintain, and/or currently possess a security clearance.
