Chief Delivery Officer

Lehi, Utah (ideal) | Potential for Remote

The Chief Delivery Officer leads our Operations Business Unit, driving excellence in service delivery and ensuring every customer experiences world-class execution. This Executive has full operational, strategic, and financial ownership of the Operations BU, which provides high-quality back-office, administrative, and professional support services. The BU helps companies build and manage exceptional support, operations, and financial teams across roles such as customer support specialists, bookkeepers, accountants, and other non-software development positions. The CDO is responsible for scaling and optimizing the Operations BU building high-performing teams for clients, continuously improving service quality, and maximizing client satisfaction and retention. This leader works cross-functionally to ensure the Operations BU delivers unmatched value, operational excellence, and sustainable growth.

Functional Accountabilities

• Lead - set the vision and culture
• Define and communicate a clear vision for the Operations BU aligned with our mission and goals.
• Establish a high-performance, service-oriented team culture grounded in accountability, trust, and empowerment.
• Hire, develop, and retain top leadership and talent within the BU.
• Serve as the face of the Operations BU to internal and external stakeholders, representing at client meetings, events, and industry engagements.
• Drive a strategic roadmap for expanding services and refining delivery models across all support-related roles.
• Grow - expand revenue and reach
• Own the revenue growth strategy and performance of the Operations BU.
• Work with Sales and Marketing to develop compelling offerings for clients seeking remote support staff.
• Identify and develop new verticals or functions within the support space (e.g., finance, logistics, admin ops).
• Lead conversion strategies to close new clients and upsell current ones.
• Champion customer-centricity and ensure exceptional client onboarding and long-term satisfaction.
• Optimize - drive operational excellence
• Oversee BU operations to ensure efficient, cost-effective service delivery and high-quality outcomes.
• Establish and track key operational and financial KPIs.
• Partner with recruitment and delivery teams to ensure optimal time-to-hire, team readiness, and performance.
• Improve BU systems and processes, including workforce management, client reporting, SOP development, and quality assurance.
• Ensure scalable delivery frameworks that support predictable results and client satisfaction.
