Responsibilities
Provide executive leadership and strategic oversight for all capital improvement, renovation, and new construction projects across the healthcare system. Ensure that facilities are planned, designed, and constructed in alignment with organizational goals, regulatory requirements, clinical needs, and budget constraints.
- Develop and oversee the long-term capital facilities strategy in alignment with clinical, operational, and financial objectives.
- Lead master facility planning efforts for new hospitals, outpatient centers, renovations, and infrastructure upgrades.
- Advise executive leadership on space utilization, facility growth, and capital investment priorities.
- Serve as a key point of contact for board committees, community representatives, and external partners related to facilities planning and development.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including architects, contractors, and regulatory agencies.
Education:
- Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 4 of those years being in leadership/management.
- Exceptional business acumen, executive presence, and a proven ability to drive large-scale, complex programs across a nationwide footprint.
