- Sample and test incoming raw materials against established specifications.
- Follow Standard Analytical Methods (SAMs) to analyze products.
- Prepare reagents and perform calculations accurately.
- Use laboratory equipment: scales, pipettes, burettes, stir plates, pH meters, etc.
- Maintain proper lab cleanliness and follow PPE and safety protocols.
- Operate pallet jack; forklift training provided
- Perform routine and advanced chemical analyses using HPLC, GC, UV/Vis, FTIR, TOC, and other instruments.
- Calibrate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory and analytical instruments.
- Assist in method development, optimization, and validation under cGMP standards.
- Document results accurately in lab notebooks or electronic systems.
- Record, compile, and interpret analytical data.
- Compare results to specifications and escalate deviations.
- Support R&D, Quality Control, and Production teams with analytical insights.
- Follow all regulatory, cGMP, and company documentation standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, or related scientific discipline.
- 1-3 years of laboratory experience, ideally with raw material testing or analytical chemistry.
- Familiarity with wet chemistry, instrumental analysis, and data reporting.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and teamwork.
- Experience with HPLC, GC, FTIR, UV/Vis, or related instrumentation.
- Understanding of method validation principles and regulatory compliance.
- Previous experience in cGMP environments
