Responsibilities
As the most senior member of the Finance Team on site, you will serve as a member of the 2 hospital executive teams, reporting directly to a VP of Finance. The CFO will lead the financial operations of their respective site; and seek opportunities for improvement while collaborating with the hospital chief admin officers and nursing leadership to achieve financial goals.

- Direct ministry financial activities, policies & practices.
- Provide guidance on expense management, productivity, budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis and capital planning.
- Manage market statistical reporting and budgeting.
- Recommend strategies based upon financial, accounting and industry trends.
- Plan and coordinate financial resources for departmental services.
Education:
- High School diploma equivalency with 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 3 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management.
- Hospital specific background highly proffered.
