Tower Construction & Maintenance Tasks
- Tower erection and decommissioning
- Line and antenna installation
- Microwave installation
- Troubleshooting and routine maintenance
- Installation of mounting hardware
- Demonstrate strong time‑management and communication skills
- Maintain a dependable work ethic
- Be career‑oriented and committed to professional development
- Willingness to travel and remain on the road for up to two weeks at a time
- Maintain a valid driver’s license
- Pass a pre‑employment drug screening
- Follow direction, stay organized, and consistently demonstrate attention to detail
- Competent Climber Certification
- OSHA 10 or OSHA 30
- Competent Rigger Certification
- Aerial Lift Certification
- CPR, First Aid, and Bloodborne Pathogens
- RF Awareness Training

Work Environment
- Approximately 95% of work is performed outdoors

- Constant awareness of weather conditions and site hazards is required
- Candidates must actively practice and demonstrate safe work habits
- Work hours may vary; 10‑hour days are common
Competitive compensation is offered based on experience, skill level, and dedication, including:
