Overview
We are seeking a hands-on Superintendent to support commercial interior construction projects. This role is ideal for someone with 5 years of field supervisory experience who is comfortable managing day-to-day site operations and has a strong working knowledge of carpentry, millwork, and interior finishes. The Superintendent will work closely with Project Managers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and to quality standards.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $45.00/hr.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily on-site construction activities for commercial interior projects
- Supervise subcontractors and self-perform crews, with a focus on carpentry, millwork, and finish trades
- Coordinate work sequencing, site logistics, and material deliveries
- Enforce safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized jobsite
- Read and interpret drawings, specifications, and shop drawings
- Conduct quality control inspections to ensure work meets project standards
- Track daily progress, manpower, and field issues
- Communicate effectively with Project Managers regarding schedules, RFIs, and field conditions
- Participate in punch list completion and project closeout
- 5 years of experience in a supervisory or foreman-level role within commercial construction
- Solid understanding of carpentry, architectural millwork, drywall, ceilings, flooring, and interior finishes
- Experience working on commercial interior fit-outs, renovations, or tenant improvements
- Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and maintain production schedules
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Proficiency reading construction drawings and coordinating field execution
- OSHA 10 (or ability to obtain)
- Background in office, retail, healthcare, or institutional interior projects
- Experience supporting Project Managers on schedule and cost control
- OSHA 30 certification
- Familiarity with basic construction technology (daily reports, scheduling tools, mobile field apps)
