As a Sr. Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the strategic direction, operations, and performance of the A&D, Automotive, Manufacturing and O&G industry segments within Capgemini Invent. This role is critical in driving growth, profitability, and innovation within these segments.
Role Expectations
- Experience in setting up large transformation programs within Product Engineering
- Experience in leading and delivering large Engineering S/W programs
- Create and industrialize target operating model and execution model
- Experience in setting up VRO, PMO and driving governance
- Develop and drive the Engineering transformation roadmap with the client
- Strong understanding of the value driven by PLM and Manufacturing solutions
- Experience in selling and managing multiple capabilities/cross-offers
- Experience in AI approaches and engineering enablement using AI solutions.
- Experience in leveraging AI/GenAI and data to enhance decision-making, automate processes, and drive operational efficiency across the organization.
- Travel is required per 50-75% dependent on client need.
Growing Business
- Strategic Planning : Develop and implement the strategic plan in alignment with the overall business strategy and objectives.
- Business Development : Identify and pursue new business opportunities including preparing proposals, presentations, and pursuing contracts.
- Program Management : Manage the execution of programs and projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget and meeting customer requirements.
- Risk Management : Assess and manage risks associated with projects and operations, implementing risk mitigation strategies ensuring compliance
- Customer Relations : Build strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and ensuring customer satisfaction.
