Job Duties Include
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Hire, train and manage Call Center Representatives
- Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls
- Customer Service
- Manage sales reps schedules
- Achieve weekly and monthly quotas
- Minimum of 1-2 years experience as a Call Center Manager
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent customer service, multi-tasking, and leadership skills
- Advanced computer skills
