Abound Health is seeking a Business Analyst to join our OnTarget Product Team. In this role, you will report to the Director of Product Management. You’ll play a key role in managing escalated support issues, writing custom data queries, and facilitating Agile team meetings to support the continuous improvement of the OnTarget platform.
Key Responsibilities
The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between $66,000 - $73,000
Base pay is determined by factors such as work location, experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. In addition to base pay, total compensation may include various other forms of pay. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive health, dental, and wellness benefits, which begin on your 60th day of employment. Abound Health is seeking a Business Analyst to join our OnTarget Product Team. In this role, you will report to the Director of Product Management. You’ll play a key role in managing escalated support issues, writing custom data queries, and facilitating Agile team meetings to support the continuous improvement of the OnTarget platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and prioritize escalated tickets requiring developer attention
- Create and groom requirements for escalated issues and customer enhancements
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily standups, grooming sessions, and iteration planning
- Collaborate across teams to improve the user and support experience
- Develop and manage custom data queries and reports using PostgreSQL
- Maintain clear documentation and support communication across product cycles
- Analyze metrics and manage iteration backlog and user stories
- 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or Scrum Master
- 4 years working within the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- 2 years strong knowledge of databases and experience with SQL/PostgreSQL
- Experience collaborating with both internal teams and external stakeholders
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong critical thinking, organization, and multitasking abilities
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a related field
