What's the Job?
- Perform a wide variety of electronic and electro-mechanical assembly operations on assemblies and sub-assemblies.
- Conduct functional testing of products based on automated or semi-automated test stations.
- Perform in-process and final visual inspection and packing of products.
- Follow methods and sequence of operations according to work instructions.
- Inspect quality and completeness of assembly and test steps, ensuring high standards are maintained.
- Minimum of 1 year of electro-mechanical assembly experience.
- Basic computer knowledge and understanding of manufacturing assembly and test processes.
- Ability to read and interpret work instructions, diagrams, and blueprints.
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- High School diploma or GED required; experience in handling medical and precision products is a plus.
