Job Title: Biologist
Location: Boston, MA

Responsibilities
- Design, execute, and troubleshoot ELISA-based assays for target quantification
- Assist with adaptation of manual ELISA workflows to automated liquid handling systems (e.g., Hamilton STAR/Nimbus, Beckman Biomek, or equivalent) to support high-throughput assays
- Analyze samples using dPCR, qPCR and RNA-Seq pending project direction
- Prepare reagents, buffers, and standards following established protocols and SOPs
- Maintain accurate and detailed electronic laboratory notebook (ELN) records in compliance with data integrity standards
- Perform routine instrument maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting
- Analyze and summarize experimental data and present results in regular project meetings
- Collaborate cross-functionally with scientists to advance project timelines
- Adhere to all safety, environmental, and quality guidelines applicable to the laboratory
- Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Biomedical Engineering, or a related discipline
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on laboratory experience (academic or industry) with ELISAs, and automated liquid handlers
- Experience with cell culture and aseptic technique
- Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail and documentation practices
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
