Responsibilities

• Execute analytical testing for GMP and non-GMP release and stability samples.
• Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices by completing and maintaining accurate cGMP documentation (electronic and hard copy) for all work performed.
• Support daily laboratory operations, including reagent preparation and routine instrument calibration.
• Maintain laboratory reagent and materials inventory; initiate ordering as needed to ensure uninterrupted operations.
• Support GMP data review and compliance checks, including data scanning and trend analysis.
• Assist with method qualification activities for analytical methods used by internal and external contract testing laboratories.
• Review, write, revise, and execute protocols, reports, test methods, and SOPs as required.
• Assist in coordinating sample management activities, including shipment, receipt, log-in, and inventory control.
• Establish and maintain a safe laboratory working environment; proactively identify, address, and correct potential safety hazards.
  
  

Qualifications

• MS with 3 year or BS with 5 years’ experience in analytical development and quality control in pharma/biotech
• Hands on experience with protein analytical techniques—including SEC‑HPLC, CE‑SDS, icIEF, and ELISA—is required; proficiency with peptide mapping and N‑glycan analysis is a strong plus
• Proficiency with laboratory software including Empower, Compass, and SoftMax for routine testing and data analysis.
• Hands‑on experience working in a GMP regulated environment, including maintaining accurate cGMP documentation, is essential.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills with demonstrated experience working across cross-functional teams.
• Experience using LIMS systems to support sample tracking and data management.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to accommodate program priorities.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Lexington, MA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $45.00/hr.
