Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage semiconductor operations team to ensure efficient production processes
- Oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to optimize production schedules and meet delivery targets
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce costs
- Monitor and analyze production data to identify and resolve issues
- Train and mentor team members to develop their skills and capabilities
- Ensure proper maintenance and calibration of equipment and machinery
- Required experience in the similar field should be enough.
- Strong leadership skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field
- Experience in semiconductor operations
- Proven track record of process optimization and continuous improvement
