- Write and execute system-related verification and characterization protocols for hardware, software, and assays.
- Support data package summaries in accordance with governing procedures.
- Operate instruments at a basic level and perform repairs as needed.
- Assist in troubleshooting hardware, software, and assay performance issues across multiple system functions.
- Apply quantitative methods to analyze data, evaluate results, draw conclusions, and suggest improvements.
- Problem solving and technical troubleshooting skills.
- Proficiency in data analytics and laboratory procedures.
- Basic PC skills including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Experience with ARCHITECT and Alinity I platforms, and knowledge of regulations affecting IVDs and Biologics.
