This is a fully onsite role based at our customer's site in Wilmington, DE . We welcome applicants from all locations within the US. Please note that relocation assistance is not provided for this position, and any relocation costs will be the responsibility of the candidate.

Essential Functions Of The Job (Key Responsibilities):
- Conduct experiments for bioanalytical methods (such as ELISA potency assays, CHO HCP assays and Residual Pro A assays).
- Conduct routine testing to support early stage development, including cell line development, process development, and formulation development.
- Present/conclude data summaries.
- Operate and maintain bioanalytical instrumentation in compliance with all safety rules and procedures.
- Equipment: ELISA plate reader and SoftMax Pro software
- Other responsibilities as assigned
- BS degree within chemical engineering, biochemical engineering biology, molecular biology, biochemistry or cell biology and 0- 1 years of experience in an appropriate subject area or working towards relevant qualification
- Basic knowledge in aseptic cell culture is required, hands-on experience in cell culture process development is helpful, proven experience is a plus.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Collaborative, organized, and pay attention to details.
