Associate Graphic Designer
Working under the direction of the Sr Manager, Creative Services, the Associate Graphic Designer will help bring our brand to life by supporting the marketing team on a wide variety of projects across print and digital. This role will consist of about 50% production and 50% design.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Become a brand expert with a clear understanding of current brand guidelines, maintaining brand consistency throughout all projects.
- Will own all wayfinding signage and illustration needs within the department and company.
- Will own all in-house photography and in house photoshop.
- Collaborate with Senior Designer on projects from conception to completion including sales sheets, social media posts, digital ad campaigns, email marketing, internal marketing requests, presentation decks, tradeshow graphics and website creative.
- Assist with content updates across marketing collateral.
- Support marketing managers by versioning existing creative for global audiences.
- Support sales with co-branding requests.
- Create, maintain and update presentation decks.
- Create assets for the company intranet.
- Design internal signage and communications for global offices (digital and print).
- Create original designs based on creative direction established by Senior Designer, including illustrations and infographics.
- Assist with image sourcing and retouching.
- Organize and maintain files for production and distribution.
- Participate in team meetings to plan and prioritize assignments.
- Other duties as assigned.
- 1-3 years of professional experience in Graphic Design.
- Portfolio showcasing strong aesthetic skills across print, digital and branding work.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, with an emphasis on InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs with an emphasis on Power Point.
- Demonstrated knowledge of typography, layout, hierarchy, design and branding with an understanding of the fundamental principles of design and communication.
- Comfortable designing for both print and digital.
- Good time management skills and a self-starter mindset.
- Positive attitude and the ability to give and receive constructive feedback.
- Strong communication skills in person and in writing.
- Excellent organization skills and keen attention to detail.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.
- Ability to meet deadlines and collaborate with a global team.
- Thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment and enjoys juggling a variety of project types.

- Bachelor’s Degree Required in Graphic Design or Illustration.
