- Develop and execute a 3-5 year roadmap for M365 environment
- Overall service responsibility includes tenant engineering, tenant development and tenant compliance while overseeing and communicating roadmap as it applies to RTX>
- Align collaboration services with organizational goals, ensuring scalability, security, and user adoption.
- Continue adoption and drive usage against licensing capabilities while ensuring compliance is enforced.
- Solve for complex collaboration needs and issues globally, at the enterprise scale
- Manage a team of managers, engineers, administrators, and SME's
- Oversee project delivery including migrations, upgrades, and new feature releases
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts with Legal, Global Trade, Cybersecurity, and other departments and ensure service compliance
- Manage relationships with Microsoft and other third-party vendors
- Evaluate and recommend new solutions to enhance capabilities and stay-current
- Communicate with and brief senior leadership
- You will learn all aspects of collaboration service management at an enterprise scale
- Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 12 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 10 years experience
- 10 years experience leading a large team
- 12 years of industry experience
- 5 years of SharePoint experience
- 10% Travel
- Proven experience in project management, stakeholder engagement, and change management.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Experience working in a GCC High tenant
