What's the Job?
- Drive brand growth and develop strategic brand plans across our coffee portfolio, including brands like Chock Full o'Nuts, Kauai Coffee, Hills Bros., and Hills Bros. Cappuccino.
- Support new product initiatives from concept through launch, collaborating on positioning, packaging, and consumer testing.
- Analyze consumer trends, category dynamics, and competitive activity to uncover actionable insights.
- Coordinate brand-related events, trade shows, and internal activations ensuring seamless execution.
- Manage brand assets and content across digital platforms and internal share sites, maintaining consistent branding standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Minimum of two years of experience in consumer goods (CPG), with a focus on brand management preferred.
- Strong project management skills and ability to collaborate across multiple teams.
- Analytical mindset with experience in syndicated data analysis (Circana/Nielsen preferred).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
