Job Summary
The Assistant General Manager supports the day-to-day operations of a designated corporate dining account, ensuring exceptional service, strong operational execution, and effective team leadership. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and a hands-on leadership style focused on hospitality and staff development.
This position is primarily Monday through Friday , with most shifts occurring during standard business hours. Occasional nights or weekends may be required based on business needs.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the corporate dining account to ensure efficiency, quality, and consistency
- Deliver outstanding hospitality and service to clients, guests, and team members
- Train, coach, and manage staff to company standards and client expectations
- Provide operational leadership to ensure food quality, safety, and service excellence
- Perform HR-related functions including hiring, onboarding, performance coaching, counseling, and terminations
- Support a positive workplace culture focused on teamwork, accountability, and growth
- Minimum of five (5) years of foodservice operations experience
- Prior experience leading teams in a high-volume or corporate dining environment preferred
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Desire to learn, grow, and advance with a top-tier foodservice organization
