Manufacturing & Production Associates (Multiple Openings)

Location: Grand Prairie / Arlington

Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday

Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire Positions

Pay: Dependent Upon Role

About The Role

Adecco is currently hiring Manufacturing and Production Associates for a new client in Arlington and Grand Prairie. These opportunities are ideal for reliable, detail-oriented individuals looking to grow within a stable production setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on manufacturing, assembly, or production tasks
• Operate basic tools and equipment safely and efficiently
• Follow work instructions, quality standards, and safety guidelines
• Inspect products and components for quality and accuracy
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors
  
  

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing, production, or assembly experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 50lbs regularly.
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
• Willingness to learn and cross-train as needed
• Steel toe shoes required

Pay Details: $18.00 to $22.00 per hour
