Job Title: Architectural Associate/ Drafter

Job Description

We are seeking an Architectural Associate with over four years of experience to join our growing team. This is a long-term opportunity for candidates who are eager to contribute to multifamily projects and expand their professional skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop full architectural drawing sets for filing, based on initial design direction.
• Coordinate and manage shop drawings.
• Respond to emails from expediters and trades with minimal client interaction.
• Work independently on projects after receiving initial design direction.
  
  

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in Revit.
• Experience with multifamily projects.
• Knowledge of architectural drawings and details.
• Familiarity with alterations type 1 or type 2.
  
  

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Familiarity with NYC zoning and building codes is a plus.
• Eagerness to learn and grow.
• Ability to take ownership and support team leadership in focusing on sales.

The position is based in a brand-new office space.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Brooklyn, NY.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $110000.00/hr.
