- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- 2 years of professional experience in architectural design
- Basic experience or familiarity with preparing design drawings across all project phases, from schematic design through construction documentation, including associated project deliverables.
- Basic experience or familiarity in Revit, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong communication skills for client meetings and team collaboration
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Master's degree in Architecture
- 5 years of professional experience in architectural design
- Licensure or on track for architectural licensure
- Experience with innovative or complex design projects
- Experience with Forma and rendering software is a plus
- Prior experience coordinating with consultants and multidisciplinary teams
- Strong presentation and graphic skills
- Passion for sustainable design and community impact
