Schedule: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST, Monday - Friday
Location: Hybrid; 3x a month (with flexibility as needed) at 885 Third Ave, New York, NY

Join our dynamic team as an Application Analyst I - EPIC Radiant, where you'll tackle complex business challenges through technology, workflow, and integration solutions. Role Overview
- Maintain,designand build Radiant components such as radiology orders, protocols,worklistsand scheduling workflows in a complex workflowenvironments
- Assistwith answering tickets in ServiceNow work queues
- Analyze complex business problems and design technology, integration, and workflow solutions.
- Identifysystem gaps and provide technicalexpertiseto inform functional specifications.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders
- Actively contribute to technical discussions, offering insights that improve solutions.
- Active certification in EPIC Radiant Required; dual certification in Radiant and Cupid preferred
- Proficiencyin healthcare IT standards such as HL7 and DICOM preferred
- Understanding of Radiology Operations
- Proven ability to work independently while contributing within cross-functional teams.
- Strong understanding of business process analysis and system design
- Breast Imaging, Interventional Radiology, MITS/ Nuclear Medicine, Back Office Imaging,Protocolingdesign and build experience a plus
- Ability to work in ahigh volumeenvironment with limited supervision
- Ability to clarify ambiguous problems and deliver innovative solutions.
- Proficiencyin configuring and scaling systems to support business goals.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage peers, users, and others
