We are looking for Analytical Test Technicians to join our teams inTaylor, TX! This is an Entry-Level position that you will be trained and mentored to do! EXCELLENT CAREER OPPORTUNITY!
Responsibilities
- Perform Quality Assurance testing ofSemiconductor Processing Equipment- Systems supporting liquids, gases, chemicals and solvents in a Manufacturing environment.
- Operate conventional analytical testing equipment including: Moisture, Oxygen, Particulate, Total Organic Carbon (TOC), Resistivity contamination and Helium Leak detection.
- Assist the Customer in identifying and solving quality problems and perform all necessary and assigned tasks.
- Participate in Pre-Planning and Site-Specific Programs.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and quality contamination discrepancies and have the ability to plan, schedule, execute and report data in a professional manner.
- Job dutiesareoften performed in confined areas, in acleanroomenvironment, in awkward positions and/or in high places requiring use of ladders.
- Technicians will be required to walk several miles per day and transport precision testing equipment using a 4-wheel hand cart.
- Work is performed in high-pressure production cleanroom environment and is to be done so without confrontation.
- Mechanical aptitude, manual dexterity and ability to lift/carry objects up to 50 pounds is required.
- Strict Cleanroom protocols, Safety protocols and PPE use are to be followed at all times.
- Technicians will be required to follow proper Safety, Decontamination and Gowning procedures, including the use of PPE while working with one or more dangerous elements or conditions such as chemicals, gases, electric currents, high voltage, moving mechanical parts, etc.
- Occasional overtime will be required.
- Solid mechanical aptitude, ability to learn, desire to grow into a career arethe most important aspects that we are looking for.
- Additional consideration will be given for Military and/or technical experience.
- Reliability is of high importance and attention to detail is expected.
- A general aptitude in mechanical assembly and tools is required as well as an ability to learn to use appropriate tools and fixtures.
