Position Description
Position level of analyst/associate will be based on experience. This position is responsible for the following areas:
Acquisition & Organic Project Support
- Primary activities include economic valuation and analysis of proposed organic project for Boardwalk Pipelines
- Work collaboratively with commercial, system planning and engineering groups to understand project opportunity, assumptions, and key issues to develop a thorough economic analysis.
- Support acquisition activities including opportunity screening & research; target company financial review; market fundamentals analysis associated with target company industries; supporting economic valuation of the target company; active participation in due diligence
Required Skills, Knowledge, And Experience
- Strong experience in financial valuation/analysis and market research
- Strong analytical, logical and economic thinking skills
- Strong interpersonal & communication skills and the ability to collaborate with others.
- Proficient use of MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Ability to work under tight deadlines; ability to work with multiple groups and individuals to collect and validate information.
- 2-5 years of experience
- Two years of experience in the natural gas industry
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, engineering, economics or business-related discipline
