Job Description

What You'll Do

• Collaborate with customers and vendors to create and refine ampoule designs.
• Develop, implement, and train operators on cleaning, filling, inspection, and repair procedures .
• Manage ampoule and valve inventory , maintaining ERP and external databases accurately.
• Support High Volume Manufacturing scale-up , gathering operator feedback for continuous improvement.
• Troubleshoot customer inquiries and optimize processes for efficiency and safety.
  
  

What You Bring

• BS in Mechanical Engineering or similar.
• 5 years' experience in chemical or manufacturing environments.
• Strong knowledge of material construction, chemical compatibility, and cylinder/valve design .
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across global teams.
• Detail-oriented with ERP/database experience and a passion for process improvement .
• Drive innovation and process excellence in a role where design, engineering, and manufacturing intersect.
  
  

The salary range for this position is $105,000-$145,000. Factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, job-related skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business considerations may influence base pay offered. This salary will be subject to a geographic adjustment (according to a specific city and state), if an authorization is granted to work outside of the location listed in this posting.
