Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and diagnose issues with aircraft components
- Repair aircraft systems, including:
- Basic avionics systems
- Fuel pumps
- Landing gear
- Oxygen systems
- Perform detailed work in the Oxygen Systems Shop, including gauges, helmets, tubes, and bags
- Use diagnostic tools to identify issues and plan effective repairs
- Accurately enter repair and inspection data into computer systems
- Follow all safety, quality, and compliance standards
- Minimum 1 year of mechanical experience
- Proficient with hand tools and power tools
- Basic computer skills for data entry and documentation
- Ability to pass a safety-sensitive drug test
- Aviation or aerospace experience
- Prior exposure to avionics systems
- Contract-to-hire opportunity with long-term career potential
