What's the Job?
- Coordinate multi-site cross-functional teams to implement products at primary, secondary, or dual-source locations.
- Review and manage tooling between sites to ensure seamless operations.
- Develop manufacturing methods and sequences for moderately complex products and assemblies.
- Ensure compliance with customer quality requirements and industry standards.
- Document hidden factory processes and create clear work instructions to optimize workflows.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, Sciences, or Mathematics.
- 2-5 years of relevant experience in manufacturing engineering, preferably in aerospace or related industries.
- Experience with aerospace industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation accurately.
- Experience with aluminum and steel sheet metal welding in aerospace applications is preferred.
