Prepare and edit correspondence and reports, maintain organized filing systems, assist with data entry, record keeping, and document management, and coordinate office supplies. Support basic bookkeeping tasks and utilize QuickBooks for financial entries and reporting. Assist with building permit applications and tracking, manage and maintain insurance certificates, and ensure compliance with documentation requirements. Handle confidential information with discretion.

- 1–2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Experience with QuickBooks and basic bookkeeping is a plus.
- Familiarity with building permitting processes and insurance certification management is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
