Responsibilities for a Administrative Assistant include but are not limited to:
Pay Details: $26.44 per hour

Responsibilities for a Administrative Assistant include but are not limited to:
- Perform clerical duties such as data entry, document processing, and inventory tracking.
- Process rate renewals and maintain accurate records.
- Answer incoming member phone calls, resolve inquiries, and provide excellent customer service.
- Support COBRA Administration processes during peak season.
- Collaborate with both in-office and remote team members to ensure smooth workflow.
- Manage multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- High School Diploma or GED (required).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in clerical and data entry tasks.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to assist members by phone.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a team setting.
- Previous healthcare or administrative support experience.
- Experience handling member services or benefits-related phone calls.
- Pay: $26.44/hour
- Shift: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM CST
- 100% Onsite position in Wausau, WI
