  • Manage domestic and international travel, optimizing itineraries and vendor negotiations to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Prepare and reconcile expense reports, purchase requisitions, and related financial documentation.
  • Develop and maintain meeting agendas, team rhythms, and internal communications, fostering alignment across the organization.
  • Take detailed meeting minutes, track actions, and follow up to ensure execution on commitments.
  • Curate and manage presentation and communication content that supports executive storytelling and collaborator engagement.
  • Lead or support special projects that advance organizational effectiveness or innovation.
  • Collaborate closely with other administrative partners to ensure seamless operations across NVIDIA Healthcare.

What We Need To See

  • 12 years of experience supporting senior executives in fast-paced, global organizations.
  • B.S./B.A. degree or equivalent experience.
  • Proven track record of discretion, reliability, and proactive problem-solving in complex environments.

Ways To Stand Out From The Crowd

  • Mission-Driven & Professional: Passion for NVIDIA’s mission, confident under pressure, and a trusted ambassador for leadership.
  • Organized & Adaptable: Strong prioritization skills, highly organized, and able to adjust fluidly as priorities shift.
  • Tech-Savvy: Skilled in AI tools and digital productivity platforms, with mastery of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
  • Collaborative & Communicative: Team-first mindset, excellent written and verbal communication, and strong attention to detail.
  • Proactive Learner: Self-motivated, resourceful, and eager to adopt new technologies, processes, and best practices.
