Periodically, adjunct teaching positions become available in the Computer Security department. The successful candidates will teach a variety of undergraduate courses in Computer Security, including information security, computer forensics, cryptography, biometrics, physical security and network security. The successful candidates will demonstrate an interest and high level of competence in teaching.
Please submit your resume if you would be interested in teaching one or two sections. Please indicate if you are available to teach in the day, evening, or both. You will be called if and when a position becomes available. Please note academic departments will not be accepting phone inquiries regarding your resume.
The college particularly welcomes candidates with knowledge, skills and abilities that include:
QUALIFICATIONS: A Masters degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Security or closely related field.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: The candidates should possess expertise or interest in the areas of digital forensics, cybersecurity, and/or network security. Applicants must possess excellent communication, interpersonal skills and have previous college level teaching experience. Evidence of prior teaching experience and scholarly publications is preferred.
