TFS corporate headquarters in Plano, TX
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must have the right to work in the United States and not require Toyota sponsorship for immigration-related employment (e.g., H-1B, O-1, E-3, H-1B1, TN, or F-1 OPT extension) now or in the future
- Minimum GPA of 2.7 or higher
- Must have completed at least one full academic year at a two- or four-year college or university post-high school (sophomore standing or above)
- Currently enrolled in a full-time, accredited degree program (this includes both two-year and four-year colleges) studying in a business discipline or related field:
- Intermediate or above skill level for Microsoft Suite of tools including Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook)
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multi-task and manage inflexible timelines.
- Strong quantitative, analytical, and critical thinking competency
- Presenting analysis results and making recommendations to leadership
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to self-start and work independently.
