The Zebra Legal team is a global, multi-disciplinary group that acts as a strategic partner to the business. We provide counsel on a broad range of legal matters—including intellectual property, global compliance, commercial transactions, litigation, and M&A. The Zebra Technologies Corporate Law Internship provides a law student with hands-on experience in a global corporate legal department and bridges the gap between academic legal principles and their practical application in a business environment.
As a Corporate Legal Intern, you will gain substantive legal experience and exposure to the business operations of a publicly traded company.

Salary offered will vary depending on your location, job-related skills, knowledge, and experience.

What You'll Do: Responsibilities could include:
- Assist with the drafting of contracts: Draft, review, and participate in negotiating commercial agreements, including sales contracts, supply chain agreements, and non-disclosure agreements.
- Support Corporate Counsel: Assist Zebra attorneys on a wide range of legal issues impacting the business, which might include intellectual property, employment law, and global compliance.
- Contribute to M&A Activity: Gain exposure to the corporate mergers and acquisitions (M&A) lifecycle, including participating in due diligence processes and contract integration.
- Conduct Legal Research: Research legal questions and draft memoranda on issues relevant to Zebra's global operations, providing support to the legal team.
- Attend staff meetings and support projects.
- Mentorship: Work with experienced attorneys who will provide guidance, feedback, and career insights.
- Comprehensive Exposure: Engage with various functions of the Zebra legal team and with cross-functional business partners.
- Development team-based work skills.
- Professional Development: Participate in training programs and development sessions designed to sharpen your legal skills and business acumen.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Current enrollment in an accredited law school program.
- Must have completed at least first year of law school.
- Must be authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future for the duration of the role.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office (including Excel, Word, & PowerPoint)
- Intellectual curiosity with a strong desire to learn and grow
