What You’ll Do As a MISO Intern:

- Wrap up your summer with a spotlight presentation of your project findings and recommendations to department leaders and company executives.

- An average of 40 hours per week on site in one of our three offices (IN, MN, AR).
- Potential to extend internship to part-time remote work during the school year.
- Are currently pursuing a degree in Data Science, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics/Statistics, or related field
- Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with interest in improving business and market processes
- Are familiar with or eager to learn Python, R, SQL, PySpark, Power BI, and Azure cloud tools
- Want hands-on experience with projects such as DMAC, Power BI dashboards, market strategy analysis, market simulations, or AI/ML applications
