Manufacturing Engineer Interns can expect to learn production operations and the manufacturing discipline in a controlled environment. They develop manufacturing engineering skills, an understanding of manufacturing (cost, quality, safety and schedule), and Raytheon systems and tools. The salary range for this role is 37,000 USD - 82,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

What You Will Do
- Design, control, and improve the manufacturing process through collaboration with a multi-disciplined team
- Improve cycle time and lead time
- Implement manufacturing process control and performance monitoring
- Create and oversee improvement projects
- Translate engineering design requirements into manufacturing processes
- Perform hardware defect analysis
- Participate in corrective action investigations
- Must be at least a sophomore by the start of summer 2026 pursuing a degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial, Aerospace, Electrical, Computer or closely related Engineering major.

- 3.0 cumulative GPA desired
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PPT, Project, Word)
