- Reasonable mandatory overtime may be required due to business needs.
The experience is designed to provide opportunities to work directly with the HR team on the following potential projects:
- Use classification and regression tree analysis or similar methods to build predictive models to forecast employee outcomes (e.g. turnover)
- Conduct validation and impact analysis of selection assessments and other recruiting tools
- Assist with HR dashboard optimization
- Assist with building PowerPoints to provide insights on key HR KPIs for regular monthly operations reviews
- Assist with other HR reporting and talent acquisition program functions as needed
Role

Required Education And Experience
- GPA minimum of 3.0 or above
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Microsoft excel and PowerPoint proficiency
- Strong analytical skills
- Must be available to work full-time for a minimum of 10 weeks, though 12 weeks is preferred (May-August)
- Strong background in statistics
- Proficiency in R or Python
