Because the HR function is constantly evolving, we are looking for a dynamic HR Intern in our Atlanta office to support key business initiatives. The intern will report directly to the Manager, People Analytics and should be eager to learn and make an impact.

The experience is designed to provide opportunities to work directly with the HR team on the following potential projects:

• Use classification and regression tree analysis or similar methods to build predictive models to forecast employee outcomes (e.g. turnover)
• Conduct validation and impact analysis of selection assessments and other recruiting tools
• Assist with HR dashboard optimization
• Assist with building PowerPoints to provide insights on key HR KPIs for regular monthly operations reviews
• Assist with other HR reporting and talent acquisition program functions as needed

You will gain an understanding of the Altium Packaging business and a wealth of functional HR experience to develop leadership skills, cross-functional collaboration, presentation & public speaking skills, and experience with HR technology. The skills you develop from this internship will serve you well throughout the rest of your education, and your future professional career.

Required Education And Experience

• GPA minimum of 3.0 or above
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Microsoft excel and PowerPoint proficiency
• Strong analytical skills
• Must be available to work full-time for a minimum of 10 weeks, though 12 weeks is preferred (May-August)
  
  

Preferred Education And Experience

• Strong background in statistics
• Proficiency in R or Python
