Role Description:
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Social Media & Operations Assistant, located in Doral, FL.
We’re looking for a creative, organized, and motivated individual who’s comfortable wearing multiple hats — from helping with social media content to supporting day-to-day business operations.
In this position, you’ll assist with creating and posting content for our social media accounts, help coordinate marketing and administrative tasks, and support communication with clients and partners. If you enjoy being part of a small, fast-moving team where every day looks a little different — this is the role for you.
- Create, schedule, and manage social media content (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
- Assist with administrative and operational tasks (data entry, tracking orders, updating records)
- Help coordinate internal communication and workflow between departments
- Support marketing efforts such as campaigns, photo/video shoots, and product promotions
- Respond to customer or partner inquiries and maintain a positive company image online
- Participate in team projects to improve efficiency and customer experience
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Creative eye for social media content and brand consistency
- Comfortable learning new software or tools (training provided)
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and reliable
- Basic experience with social media or marketing preferred (Canva, Instagram, etc.)
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree or coursework in marketing, communications, or business a plus
