An ability to collaborate with colleagues and an enthusiastic approach to teaching all children is essential. Current Massachusetts Educator License with SEI Endorsement is required. Masters Degree preferred.
The duties commonly associated with the position include but are not limited to: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of curriculum content Plan and deliver differentiated small group instruction and assessments Support the social-emotional needs of children, knowledge of Second Step Curriculum and PBIS Practices preferred Promoting high standards and expectations for student achievement Communicating with students, parents, and other district employees to work on behalf of students Promoting equity and appreciation of diversity COMPENSATION: Per LEA Unit A Contract Exhibit A 2026-27 Salary ScaleLenox Public Schools provide a generous reimbursement toward the tuition and fees incurred in pursuit of a Masters degree for educators hired who do not yet hold a Masters degree.Lenox Public Schools is committed to supporting new educators through a comprehensive induction and mentoring program that fosters professional growth and ensures a smooth transition into our educational community.Interested persons should submit a letter of interest, a current resume, three letters of recommendation, and evidence of MA licensure.
