When you join us as a Lead Ultrasound Technologist, you will be joining a dedicated team of professionals who deliver quality, value, and access in the 21st century and align all stakeholders- patients, providers, payors, and regulators to achieve the best clinical outcomes.You Will:Provide the Imaging Center Manager (ICM) with feedback regarding performance and quality of technologists. Manage and provide coaching, training, support, and motivation to team members.Monitor and document performance during performance periods and provides documentation to the ICM.
