JOB SUMMARY
Inventory Cycle Counter – Summary
Responsible for maintaining accurate inventory levels by performing routine cycle counts and audits throughout the warehouse. This role ensures product quantities and locations are correct within the system, investigates discrepancies, and works with operations to resolve inventory issues. Uses RF equipment and warehouse systems to track and verify inventory while supporting overall inventory accuracy and control.
Shipping Floater – Summary
Provides backup support in shipping operations by learning key functions within the warehouse management system (Scale). Assists with processing shipments, including BOL creation, carrier scheduling and receiving, and using customer web portals for transportation routing to ensure efficient and accurate shipping operations.
KEY RESPONSIBITLITES:
- Perform cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure accuracy
- Update inventory records and report discrepancies
- Investigate and resolve inventory issues
- Support stock rotation (FIFO) and replenishment needs
- Collaborate with warehouse and operations teams
- Follow company policies, safety standards, and procedures
- Assist across departments to support workflow
- Identify and suggest improvements to inventory processes
- Learn and utilize the warehouse management system (Scale)
- Create and process Bills of Lading (BOL)
- Schedule, call in, and receive carriers
- Use customer web portals for transportation routing
- Ensure accurate shipment processing and documentation
- Coordinate with warehouse and shipping teams to support workflow

Qualifications:
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous warehouse experience in inventory, cycle counting preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy with numbers and data
- Basic computer skills, including inventory systems and Microsoft Office
- Good communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Forklift certification and experience with inventory systems are required.
EDUCATION:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic math and reading skills required
- Additional training or certifications in warehouse operations or inventory systems are a plus
